Chronic Fatigue Syndrome or the Chronic Fatigue Dysfunction Syndrome is characterized by some symptoms that are often confused to be because of high blood pressure or influenza. The person often feels fatigued for long periods of time, with muscle cramps, nausea and other symptoms that are not cured by long rests. Even the fatigue suffered by individuals suffering from Chronic Fatigue Syndrome is debilitating and prolonged leading to gradual decrease in the person’s ability to perform even daily activities due to tiredness.
Although not completely confirmed, Chronic Fatigue Syndrome is known to have been caused due to an individual’s faulty or affected immune system that might be a result of many causes such as prolonged illness from a severe disease, old age, environment, mental breakdown due to excess stress, nervous systems inflammation, or even as simple as due to viral or bacterial infection. Whatever be the cause, the patient tends to feel severe fatigue resulting in further infection of the already infected parts and more if not treated on time.
Since Chronic Fatigue Syndrome has specific symptoms, it is easier to detect the illness in someone if aware that such an illness exists. As mentioned, no direct action results in this disease. A variety of causes, alone or together might lead to this, sometimes gradually increasing in an individual. Sometimes Chronic Fatigue Syndrome might occur in a body following some other wound or infection or be caused due to even some minor surgery.
One piece of bad news about being affected by Chronic Fatigue Syndrome is that there is no permanent cure to this disease. Treatments might make the feeling of tiredness lessen to a great extent and the patient would be able to continue with the ordinary daily tasks. However, long term treatment is yet been discovered for complete cure for this dreadful disease that saps one of their strength leaving them as weak as new born babies.
Catching onto the disease at an early stage can be advantageous as the patient would still have some strength and would be able to respond in a better manner to the medication. Since, as mentioned, there is no complete cure to this disease, medication might have to be taken on a long term basis or keep the medicine on hand to keep the disease at bay at all times.
Chronic Fatigue Syndrome provides detailed information on Chronic Fatigue Syndrome, Chronic Fatigue Syndrome Symptoms, Chronic Fatigue Syndrome Treatments, Chronic Fatigue Syndrome Fibromyalgia and more. Chronic Fatigue Syndrome is affiliated with Causes Of Fatigue.

Perhaps the most rewarding element of fly fishing is the variety
of beautiful natural surroundings in which anglers often find
themselves; a secluded stream up in the mountains, a peaceful
meandering river deep in the forest, or a tranquil blue lake
somewhere out in big sky country. For some, it may be the
opportunity to test ones’ individual skill against nature - in an
intricate game of cat and mouse (but in this case, man against
fish.) These are just some of the compelling reasons why many
thousands of people enjoy the challenges of fly fishing every
year.
For beginning fly-fishermen, however, learning fly fishing can be
difficult.
We have compiled this e-book to give anglers, especially new
anglers, some guidance on how to get the most out of the exciting
sport of fly fishing. While there are many other resources
available about fly fishing on the internet, few of them touch on
the techniques, tactics and strategies commonly used in fly
fishing. If these topics sound interesting, then you’re in the
right place because this e-book was written just for you.
We’ll explore in detail the various fish most people fish for,
we’ll cover casting basics, how to read the water, how to take
care of your gear, how to tie knots, dry flies, and fly lines.
We’ll also explore hatches, cover insect entomology and much,
much more. In short, this e-book will teach you everything you
always wanted to know about fly fishing! (maybe even more than
you’ve ever wanted to know)
Fly Fishing: Trout & Their Habitat
Successful fly fishing involves lots of things, including having
the proper fly fishing gear, using the right flies, being able to
cast correctly, and many more little things that often determine
whether a fly fishing adventure is successful or not. However,
one thing that many anglers frequently neglect to learn about is
the fish that they are fishing for.
A strong knowledge of the various types of trout is of critical
importance. Knowing more about the various types of trout that
you are fishing for, their habits, tendencies, and
characteristics, can help tremendously in improving your catch.
In our next article we have covered the primary types of trout,
their senses, and other important traits unique to each variety.

Domainers ToolboxComments Off
Why domain names can be a good investment!
We have a number of generic finance related domain names and have recently added to these through the £14,000 investment in debtconsolidation.co.uk and the purchase of debtfree.co.uk.
It’s true that debt consolidation is one of the hottest terms especially in respect of PPC’s and we believe we will get free traffic from people guessing the domains when they are looking for debt consolidation or debt free i.e. people that are looking for debt consolidation will enter debtconsolidation.co.uk in the toolbar rather than searching for debt consolidation on a search engine. Both debt consolidation and debt free are amongst the most searched for terms on the internet and you would therefore expect a percentage of people looking for these terms to guess the domain. Many domain investors use the overture search rank as a key to the potential value of a generic domain. i.e. if a lot of people search for a term then a smaller proportion will second-guess what the domain name will be.
A good generic domain name can also help with search engine placement. Approximately 12 months ago debtconsolidation.co.uk used to be at the top of google for debt consolidation but someone must have failed to renew! www.debtconsolidation.co.uk is already on the 1st page of msn.co.uk for debt consolidation out of 17,265,739 results. Debt Consolidation is a very hard term to get to the top of especially only after website was launched 2 weeks ago. (Website is still temporary!). So I believe domain name has played a big part in it. This seems especially true for msn. Try searching for debt consolidation loans on msn and look at all the domains that are top! Only 1 in the Top 10 doesn’t have debt consolidation loan in the domain name!! That’s the beauty and the value of a generic domain!!
A domain name can also be of use through pay per click advertising (PPC). We advertise extensively through google adwords and what we have found is that the domain can have a direct effect on your Click through ratios (CTR’s) and hence the amount you need to pay per click. We advertise on google and where the domain is similar to the search terms you generate significantly more traffic (hence why espotting (miva) insist you include the search term in your title).
When you are valuing a domain for a business as well as looking at how much people will pay for a PPC it is also worth looking at how much they will pay for a successful application. This is really where the true value can be seen.
We are therefore confident that generic domain names (that are business related) are definitely good investments for the future and it’s wise to buy before others realise it too! We will definitely be looking for new ones that come available.
I think some of the bigger companies aren’t on the same page yet. It is too difficult to get approval for a purchase off someone who doesn’t understand the potential value. Often they also outsource their internet advertising so there is no one in the business that understands the internet.
So to summarise a domain name can have considerable value if it is able to generic free relevant traffic to your website. Also as the internet grows and users become more sophisticated in how they search then we would expect the value of domain names to increase further.

Performing a bodyweight workout has something for everyone.
If you have a functioning body… there is no reason to keep
complaining about being out of shape.
You don’t need expensive gym memberships, costly equipment or
even a lot of time to perform a highly effective bodyweight
workout… and reap the rewards.
Let’s look at what a proper bodyweight workout can do for you…
1. Bodyweight Workout For Strength
When most people think about improving strength they don’t think
about doing a bodyweight workout… but rather some sort of
resistance training.
Unfortunately for them, they are missing out on one of the most
effective, versatile and efficient strength training methods in
existence… your own body.
The vast majority of people cannot effectively control their own
bodyweight while performing different movements… a fact which
can be rectified by performing a bodyweight workout.
An increase in strength occurs when your body is routinely
exposed to an environment where a strength increase is necessary
for performance.
In many cases, your own bodyweight is sufficient for providing
the resistance necessary to instigate bodily changes for
increase in strength.
In my opinion, you should not even attempt other forms of
resistance exercise without first being competent in the moving
your own bodyweight.
And for the die hard weight lifter, a bodyweight workout of one
arm push ups, one legged squats and one armed pull ups are
extremely challenging and will test your strength like no other.
2. Bodyweight Workout For Endurance
Performing a high repetition bodyweight workout is an excellent
way to improve muscular endurance.
Simple exercises like push ups, air squats and chinnies become
extremely challenging when higher reps are used.
There are many aspects of strength… and strength endurance can
be very important when facing the challenges of sport, work and
life.
A good bodyweight workout can prepare you to meet those
challenges with excellence.
When performing a bodyweight workout for muscular endurance…
just remember to not sacrifice quality for quantity.
3. Bodyweight Workout For Metabolic Conditioning
Metabolic conditioning is commonly referred to as “cardio”.
When most people think of cardio… they think of running on the
treadmill, riding a stationary bike, etc.
However… Performing a bodyweight workout comprised of
bodyweight calisthenics exercises is an excellent way to improve
cardiorespiratory endurance.
A bodyweight workout that includes exercises like jumping jacks,
mountain climbers, burpees, etc. have the advantage of improving
strength and muscular endurance as well as cardiorespiratory
endurance.
4. Bodyweight Workout For Fat Loss
Fat loss is the reason a great deal of people perform physical
fitness workout programs.
Performing a bodyweight workout comprised of bodyweight
exercises and calisthenics exercises can produce an environment
for your body that makes it want to get rid of unwanted fat.
The bodyweight exercise portion of your bodyweight workout will
add lean muscle needed for strength improvement that will raise
your metabolic rate… even when you are not working out.
The calisthenics portion of your bodyweight workout will raise
your heart and respiratory rates and burn up calories.
5. Bodyweight Workout For Total Body Transformation
Performing a bodyweight workout by mixing and matching different
bodyweight exercises and calisthenics exercises is an effective
and efficient way to transform your whole body.
Muscular strength, muscular endurance, metabolic conditioning
and fat loss can all be targeted within the same bodyweight
workout.
The successful transformation of your body from unfit to fit is
directly related to your ability to produce an environment in
which your body must get stronger, add lean muscle, improve
cardiorespiratory endurance and burn unwanted fat… and a
proper bodyweight workout can create that environment.
In Conclusion…
There is nothing keeping you from performing a bodyweight
workout right now a improving strength, conditioning and
fitness… as well as transforming your body into the body you
have always wanted.
As you can see… you are out of excuses.
You don’ need expensive gym memberships, costly equipment or a
tremendous amount of time t perform an effective bodyweight
workout… all you need is your own body and the desire to
improve.

Boxer and Heartworms
By: je Dunn
It is surprising how many people are still confused about heartworms and the effects that a heartworm can have on
your Boxer.
First lets look at what heartworms are and how your dog can become infected.
Heartworms are transmitted by mosquitoes into the dog’s blood stream. The immature heartworms called microfilaria
travel through the blood stream.
The microfilaria settle into the heart chambers and major pulmonary blood vessels. This causes a blockage of the
blood flow and pathological changes to the surrounding tissues.
This blockage happens when the larvae grow into adult worms. An adult female heartworm can grow up to fourteen
inches and can live as long as five years.
A female heartworm can produce thousands of microfilariae, which is transmitted into a mosquito when it bites an
infected dog, and subsequently injected into the next dog that that mosquito dines on.
What Are The Signs That A Dog May Have Heartworms?
Usually the first system is weight loss. The dogs’ hair may become dull and brittle.
The infected dog also may tier easily.
A persistent coughs and or labored breathing.
In more progressed cases victims may vomit blood from ruptured lungs.
If the disease is not prevented or caught in time the result will be a slow painful death from congestive heart
failure.
What Do I Do If My Boxer Is Infected?
Treatment is available but it can cost hundreds of dollars, and may be ineffective depending on the degree of
infestation.
The best defense against heartworms is routine checkups with your vet. Giving your dog heartworm medication once
a month easily prevents heartworms.
Warning: You Must Have Your Dog Tested For Heartworms Before Starting Heartworm Medication!

All Natural Shampoo - 5 Tips
Here are 5 tips to ensure you are buying a true all natural shampoo product, even though the label may say all natural.
- All natural shampoo will not contain as an ingredient SLS, or sodium lauryl sulfate. This additive is only added to ensure the shampoo bubbles, and forms a thick lather, neither of which ensure your hair is actually clean. This is the same additive added to oven cleaners. SLS is a known, and much publicized skin irritant.
- No SLES is listed in the ingredients. This is a sister chemical to the SLS. While SLES is not quite as much of a skin irritant, it definitely causes drying of the skin. You should avoid SLS and SLES at all costs.
- No PEG is added. This ingredient is normally listed as PEG-with a number behind it. Also a strong skin irritant. One of the main ingredients if brake fluid.
- No term fragrance will be listed in the ingredients. Fragrance is just an artificially derived chemical, which is cheap to use and makes the shampoo have an aroma to it. This is also a know skin irritant. All natural shampoos will be fragrance and enhanced with pure essential oils.
- No artificial colors, preservatives, or ingredients added.
Just a quick check of the label will ensure you are truly buying an All Natural Shampoo product.

Even though divorce rates in the U.S. have been steady the last few years, there are still a lot of couples getting divorced every year. Approximately one out of two married couples will end up in divorce court. And yet, marriage is still the ideal for most men and women. A recent survey of twenty-somethings indicated that 94% of these young men and women wanted to get married someday.
Most people go into a marriage with good intentions. They expect the marriage to last a lifetime, even though the odds for that are pretty grim. It’s becoming increasingly common for people to have two or three marriages in their lifetimes. This means, of course, that they will have had two or three divorces as well. So, the question for today is: can there be such a thing as a good divorce after a bad marriage?
There was an interesting study on unhappy married couples. These were couples considering divorce, but decided to stick it out for a while. The study found that within three years, most of the unhappy couples were now happy. They were glad they were still married and no longer wanted divorces. The conclusion was that unhappiness in marriage is fairly common, but it is temporary. The bad times don’t last.
There was another surprising discovery in the study. The researchers found that the couples who did divorce were no happier than the unhappy married couples. In other words, divorce solved nothing. And when the divorced couples did remarry, they were no happier-and, therefore, no better off-than were the couples who had stayed married. The lesson from all this seems to be: marital unhappiness doesn’t last and is not a reason to get divorced. In the long run, couples have their ups and downs, but the downs seem to be temporary. The marriage can be permanent and happy.
Still, there are marriages where conditions are bad and the differences irreconcilable. Abuse, abandonment, substance abuse, and infidelity are all situations where severe damage has been done to the relationship. All marriages cannot be made loving and happy again. Sometimes, divorce is justified. Sometimes, one or both partners ARE better off after the divorce.
So how do you turn a bad marriage into a good divorce?
First, acknowledge that you may still love your partner, but that your life will be better if you live your own life away from your partner. However, you can’t live your own life if you are focused on ruining his. To have a good divorce, separate physically and emotionally. Get over it and move on. The time and effort you spend on revenge or hatred is time wasted out of your own life.
Next, you may be getting a divorce but your children aren’t. They still have two parents. Forcing your children to take sides is using your children for your own selfish ego. Let your children grow up with two parents. Again, the time you spend trying to be the right parent, the good parent, is time better spent working on this new chapter in your life.
The relationship you have with your future ex during the divorce can make all the difference to the ease of the entire process. Accept responsibility for your part in the break-up and don’t throw insults and accusations back in your ex’s face. Your ex is not necessarily a bad person. He’s just not right for you. And, to keep your perspective ember, you’re not right for him.
During the divorce process and afterward when you’re single again, avoid going to family functions or social gatherings together. You are a single person once again. You have no social obligations to your ex. Socializing as a couple will only confuse the kids, give false hope to the families and muddle your own feelings. No convenience sex (ex sex).
You are truly your own person now. Make the most of it. Don’t waste your new life looking backward. Look forward with gratitude at the opportunities that await you as you begin this new chapter in your life.

Goal setting has become almost an industry in itself with countless books and techniques available online and in published form promising to help you achieve your most cherished desires. I have read many articles and looked at many products in the course of keeping up-to-date in my profession.
In much of the material, authors refer to a study conducted at Yale in 1953 in which the graduating class were asked if they had clear, written goals. 3% of the students said they had written goals, 13% had goals they had not written down and 84% had no clear goals.
At the class reunion 20 years later, further investigation discovered that the 3% with written goals were worth more than the other 97% put together!
A striking story indeed, and one which is commonly used to illustrate the power and necessity of writing down goals. I was planning to use it on my website and decided that I needed to know more about this fascinating study. It was a disappointment, therefore, that on looking into it more closely, a simple search on Google brought up many claims that the so-called research never in fact took place and that the source of the statistics cannot be found!
So that has blown my fabulous introduction to goal setting for my coaching and courses! It does not, however, affect my responsibility to my clients to ascertain before they embark on coaching that their goals are realistic and achievable at the same time as being challenging and exciting.

When my friend Sid was small he used to get pimples. His
brothers used to get acne pimples as well but they were lucky
because their acne used to disappear quickly. He was the unlucky
one because he used to get a new one almost every other day.
Everyone told him that once he will reach the age of 25 they
will go away, and they did but unfortunately he contracted with
rosacea, i.e. adult acne.
He used to get patchy-redness and sudden flushing all the time,
sometimes he had a pimple or two but his skin used to remain
oily all the time. He used to wash his face every couple of
hours with medicated soap but his face used to get oily very
quickly.
The problem was that he didn’t even realize that he had rosacea
for the first few years until his skin specialist diagnosed him
with rosacea. He became self-conscious and used to avoid
gatherings. He tried many different treatments and medicines
antibiotics, Retin-A you name it he tried it including herbal
treatments. Even used gram flour and orange peel, which his
grandma prepared and forced him to used but nothing worked for
him.
First I had Acne and now adult acne, what is the problem with
me? The question he used to ask himself and to everyone else
almost everyday for which the answer we still don’t know. He
tried different creams and changed his skin specialist again and
again to find the right one. But unfortunately nothing and no
one could help him. This is because what causes rosacea is still
unknown. It is still a mystery even for some doctors that which
rosacea treatment is actually right for someone who has rosacea.
It’s not that treatments do not work with rosacea, some
treatments work well, but which one is the right one is a
million dollar question. Until one day when his mum’s ever
increasing criticism became unbearable he stopped using soap,
drinking more water and he started washing his face only with
warm water. In his own words the first 3 weeks were terrible for
him. He could not go out, he could not face anyone. I think it
was just his imagination that he looked awful but after that his
face accepted water and the oiliness of his face started to
decline. It took about 2 months before his face started to
remain dry and he got rid of oiliness.
The flushing was still the big problem for him. Even though he
promised himself that he will not used any new treatment but a
sudden flare-up still made him look around for treatments. Then
he discovered Jojoba Oil, which was a turning point and a
true-life saver for him, that’s what he says about the oil. It
took about a week before his face actually accepted the oil. The
best thing was the application of Jojoba oil was simple, just
warm water a drop of pure jojoba oil every morning and evening
and his face redness started to decline. Nowadays he doesn’t get
sudden flare-ups.
I hope that some people who are suffering from acne rosacea, if
increase the use of water and use jojoba oil instead of
experimenting on new medicated soaps and creams then they might
help them with their rosacea problem.

I’ve been shooting Digital video for 3 years.
Got by just fine without editing any of it.
By keeping the video clips short to very short.
I don’t need to edit. Just don’t play the video,
if there is nothing there or offensive.
Anyway I made many many good points, for why editing
home video should be avoided.
Just to get Censored, by the group that is always
screaming about freedom of expression etc etc.
Hit a raw nerve obviously.
It would be good to know what finally set them off.
I was the one under attack, by those belligerent SOBs
They should be a little more open, to the future of video, than that.
Shoot a lot of video, you get good with the camera.
Shoot a lot of video, when you are good with the camera, then look out.
The editing can come later, much much later.
Video editing is expensive and time consuming.
I could easily walk thru a museum or gallery,
add a tour guide and have riveting video.
On an inexpensive DVD, right away.
That’s what, they should be doing some more of.
Editing less.
Unedited video, with good content is a refreshing
change from the chopped & remixed product we see on
TV and at the movies.
Come follow me on the trapline and other outdoor adventures
Bring your camcorder and shoot, shoot, shoot.
I’ll just have to find a couple more forums,
to continue on the fight.
Hopefully, some of those not banned, blocked or suspended
will carry on the discussion at the other sites.
