Due to the very big amount of different options available, it
may be confusing for somebody to start shopping for a credit
card.
There are so many different types of card out there that I
thought it may be useful for someone to have a small explanation
on some of them, so I decided to write this brief article.
First thing to know is that, no matter what type of credit card
you may choose, there will be two main options: fixed interest
rate or variable interest rate.
While fixed-rate cards carry interests that remain the same no
matter what you buy with it, those interest rates are usually
very high, sometimes as high as 20 percent. In the other hand,
cards that have variable rates are known to be cheaper on the
long run; the rates (which are calculated according to a special
mathematical formula, which depends on the card’s issuer) often
remain lower that those of fixed rates cards, and therefore
represent a more convenient choice.
If you are looking for lower rates on your credit card, you have
two options: ask your creditor for a smaller number or go out
there shopping for a lower-rate credit card. With the huge
amount of different credit card issuers, the fierce competition
between them may be a determining factor for you to get a lower
rate on your card, so if you are used to your card, or if you
are comfortable with the acceptance and usability of it, you
should try asking your issuer for a more convenient rate.
However, if you feel that it may be easier to switch cards, then
shop for a new one, looking for the best deal you may find. Some
creditors are offering cards that carry interest rates as low as
8.5 percent. However, have in mind that sometimes lower rates
card’s conditions may be harder to reach than others; but if you
have a good credit then you should give it a try.
So, have this in mind if you are looking for better rates,
whether you have a retail card, a bank card, a secured card or
any other.

The startling fact is that, where there are no bras, there is
little breast cancer.
The main problem with bras appears to be that they block the
circulation of the lymph system. Try this: at the end of the
day, take off your bra and look in the mirror. If you can see
lines on your skin left by your bra, it is cutting off the
circulation of your lymph system. Remember, your health is more
important than how society thinks you should look.
The lymph system is an important part of the body’s purification
system. If the tissue of the breasts is constricted due to a
close fitting garment, such as a bra, the toxins in the lymph
system of this area are not allowed to drain properly. As a
result of the inadequate drainage, each day more and more toxins
build up in the area.
The statistics speak for themselves. In a carefully managed
retroactive study: Women who wore a bra 24 hours per day had a 3
out of 4 chance of developing breast cancer. Women who wore bras
more than 12 hour per day but not to bed had a 1 out of 7 risk.
Women who wore their bras less than 12 hours per day had a 1 out
of 152 risk. Women who never wore a bra had a 1 out of 168
chance of getting breast cancer.
These alarming statistics begin to raise some concerns about
tight fitting clothing generally, even heavy eye glasses. In an
April, 1991 USA Today magazine article entitled “Dress for
Health, Not Style,” Dr. Leonard Morgan cautions against tight
clothing of any kind. Too-tight shirt colars and ties, knee-hi
stockings, elasticized socks, and more.
In a study of the connection between bras and breast cancer,
women wearing bras that were dangerously tight or restrictive
were asked if their bras were comfortable. Many said they were!
Throughout history, people have become accustomed to a variety
of clothing that was detrimental to our health: corsets, spike
heals, narrow toed shoes, nylon underpants, chemical hair
coloring, and much more. Let’s begin to become accustomed to
what is natural and good for our bodies. For more information on
studies of the link between breast cancer and the wearing of
bras, read Dressed to Kill, by Sydney Ross Singer and Soma
Grismaijer.

It is a tragedy that in modern world that divorces are in increase and marriage life is becoming quite unstable. Trying one more partner is not the solution. It brings insecurity in partners as well as in children. According to Barnett R. Brickner Success in marriage does not come merely through finding the right mate, but through being the right mate.
1. Have Faith in Each Other
A marriage life become successful only if a couple has faith in each other. One should understand feelings of other partner and they must respect the feelings of each other. In modern world both husband and wife go out side for work and mix with variety of people. If we become suspicious even on simple friendly relations marriage may become full of trouble. If we are committed we need not worry. It is a saying that if a character is lost everything is lost. So, a couple never lose confidence or faith from each other.
2. Mutual Respect
They must talk politely and respectfully in front of others. They should consult each on every topic. Respect opinions and suggestions. Don’t impose your ideas on your partner. Many partners disrespect their spouse wherever they go. It becomes emotionally crushing for the other.
3. Be Open-Hearted
Never hide anything from each other even if you are having good friendly relations with others. You must tell each other any happening of your life. Never hide anything from the partner because marriage life depends on transparency in relations. If a partner hide something from the other partner, he or she may lose faith. If a partner knows any secret from the outsider, it shocks his/her feelings. Even a single lie can break the marriage life. A single lie means losing faith.

There are two basic types of tablet treatment, prescribed by
your doctor for acne, the first being one of a range of
antibiotics and the second a hormonal treatment. Which is
prescribed will depend, largely on the specific type of acne you
are suffering from, along with consideration of your previous
medical history and the success of acne treatment to date.
Antibiotics are by far the most common oral treatment for acne,
and usually supplemented by a topical treatment, which may
contain the same antibiotic preparation as is being given in
tablet form. This is thought to be important in order to ensure
that the acne causing bacteria do not become resistant to, two
types of antibiotic. Erythromycin is a common antibiotic used in
treating acne, and is usually the first one used. Sometimes the
specific type of bacteria causing your acne maybe resistant to
this treatment, and may require a different course of action. As
is always the case with antibiotics, it is important to follow
the instructions of the prescribing doctor, in order to maximise
effectiveness, while minimising any side effects or adverse
risks.
The second type of tablet treatment is a hormonal treatment
called Dianette, which contains a drug called co-cyprindiol.
This drug is designed to help decrease the excess oiliness of
the skin, which as we know is a key contributor in the acne
formation process. It is critical that a female taking this drug
does not become pregnant, as the active ingredient can cause
damage to the unborn child. This particular tablet contains
oestrogen which acts as a contraceptive, and is used as such,
when a combined acne treatment and contraceptive is requested.
There are a number of other acne treatments in tablet form, some
of which are only prescribed under the supervision of a
dermatologist. You should never take any form of oral medication
for acne or any other illness, unless under the strict
supervision of a medical expert. This is very true of some of
the more powerful acne drugs, which can have very strong side
effects.

Hardens eating guide all started in the early 1990’s it was observed that London as a large city had no fish restaurants guidebooks at all. The idea was to come up with something that was small and pocket sized that food loving customers could use to assist them to decide where is a good Italian restaurant to eat. Over thirteen years ago the first London ice cream restaurant guide was printed and distributed by hardens and has been a definite success ever since. Get help with planning which Restaurants in London to visit.
What makes Hardens so fresh is that the London Restaurants are scored by the buyers, when the first ever review guide was published the restaurant industry was just starting to grow and with tremendous difficulty Hardens was able to ask around one hundred restaurant customers to take part in the very first London wide survey. Over 600 restaurant meals over a 9 month period were consumed to make the Hardens Restaurant guide what it is now.
Hardens have the distributed restaurant reviews and now have a fantastic website. The fantastic website is easy to navigate around and will tell you yourself anything you need to know about pretty much any Argentinean restaurant in London and give you suggestions split into pieces so it makes it easier for you to narrow down what it is that you are exactly looking for.
The fantastic website itself has loads of bits recommended on it, it is simple to read and work your way through and this is thanks to the review guides excellent clear arrangement you can see all the popular up and coming burger restaurants and of course reviews on them. This bit is named Latest Reviews and is clearly placed on the opening page of the food review site where you can view the long list of Eastern restaurants which changes every couple of months depending on what food guides have been published. There is also a section down the right hand side of the web page where you can search for perhaps a specific french restaurants or if you’re looking for a restaurant to go to in a specific area such as Glasgow and browsers want to separate the superior ones for the ghastly one this will do the job perfectly for you.

Living With SEOComments Off
Reciprocal links are an important step in your overall plan to get site visitors.
What are they? Reciprocal links are mutual links you and some other web site owner agree to post on your respective sites.
Why are they so important? It goes back to the basic nature of the Internet. The Internet exists as an information medium. When you go to a search engine, you are looking for links to the information you need. The better information sources have already been found by others, many of whom thought so much of those sources that they placed links to them on their web site. So the number of other web sites linking to a particular source of information, the better the chance it is a good source of information. All the major search engines take link popularity into account when they determine how to rank the results of any search. The end result is that to get a good ranking in the major search engines, an important step is to make sure there are lots of other sites that link back to yours. And, since the links are reciprocal, you will need to put a link to each site that links to you. You can’t expect someone to link to you unless you link to them.
All right, you say, I will get all my friends to put links to my site on their sites. Not so fast! The number of links isn’t all that matters! In addition to looking at the number of links that point to your site, the search engines also examine the quality of those links. Links from sites that are relevant to yours rank highest. If you sell dog food, for example, some good sites to link to yours would be pet toys, dog training, dog grooming, etc. Acquiring a lot of links that don’t relate to your site not only doesn’t help your search engine ranking, it will hurt it, because the search engines will assume you are trying to fool them into thinking your site is popular with a lot of “junk” links. Don’t worry, there are lots and lots of relevant sites to do reciprocal linking with.
The number one ranking for any search term isn’t entirely determined by the number of links to a site, but it is an important factor. And, as you know, having a ranking in the top ten for a search term will guarantee more visitors to your site. But in addition to improving your chances of being found through search engines, having links to your site on lots of other sites means you will get exposure to many site visitors who look at the links page or links section of a site for other related sites to visit. And, the more places your name and site name pop up, the more you are likely to be recognized as an authority on the topic of your site.
So how do you go about building reciprocal links on your site?
First of all you need to realize that reciprocal link building is an ongoing process, not a one shot deal. It needs to be something you continue to work on, although some of it can be automated. You will want to build a links page on your site, where you will place links to other sites which are also linking to you. Since you expect your links page to grow, you should establish separate link categories, all relating to the theme of your site. You can get an inexpensive script for creating and managing a link directory at Linking101.com, not to mention a lot of good, general information about linking.
On your links page, be sure to include simple instructions for anyone who wants to link with you. Many sites include a short piece of HTML code including all your link information, ready to be placed on the reciprocal sites links page. Be sure to place an easily-found link to your links page on the main page of your site as well.
Now you are ready to go looking for relevant link partners, sites that are complementary to yours, but not competitors. You can do it the manual way, by doing searches on your site’s favorite keywords. When you find a site, evaluate it for content relevant to your own, evaluate its quality and note its search engine rank. If you have to choose between a site that is ranked #2 and one that is #20, always choose the higher ranked site. Look for the links page, where you should find instructions on initiating links between your sites. If you don’t find one, it usually isn’t worth your time to contact the webmaster to inquire about links; go to the next one.
One method to speed up the process is to use a free service from http://linkpopularity.com/. From this site you can check the link popularity of your site. But, you can also check which sites are linked to your competitors - particularly your competitors with the high search engine ranking. With that information, you can go to each of these sites and most likely get a reciprocal link. A similar product, Link Survey, is available at http://www.antssoft.com/linksurvey/index.htm.
Another system for speeding up the process is http://links4trade.com/. Although not free, it also helps to manage the headache of link page maintenance.
Link exchange services which claim to completely automate the link exchange process can be found at http://www.powerlinks.com/ and http://www.softbizscripts.com/link-exchange-script-features.php.
A quite amazing tool you might look at is called Zeus, at http://www.cyber-robotics.com/index.htm. Zeus is an intelligent robot that builds a link directory and creates reciprocal links for your web site. A free version is available. You can also find a group of Zeus users ready to swap links at http://www.zeuscollective.com/.
Regardless of how you do it, continue to pursue reciprocal links and make it a part of your overall marketing strategy; you are sure to find it rewarding!

Traffic GangComments Off
If you own a business online, would like to increase
targeted traffic to your site but simply don’t have any free
time, hiring someone to submit your URL to niche directories
may be what the Dr. ordered.
I hope the following interview with Tim Mathews who owns
http://timmathews.com a Directory Submission Service helps.
Before we get started Tim tell us a little about yourself.
I am an avid web designer at heart. I have been in the
computer industry for about 10 years - back when AOL 2 was
the bomb, and if you didn’t have a 14.4 modem, you were
cruising slow. (Wow, how times have changed). I really enjoy
taking the mom and pop 100 product site and building it into
a powerhouse ecommerce site. I love building sites, then
getting them listed in the search engines and directories,
and watching the sales roll in for the client.
How did you get started in directory submission services?
I first stumbled into Directory submission services when I
was trying to get a companies site listed in the search
engines. I was trying and trying to get it listed, but no
use. After numerous reworking, I finally got the site
listed. I was then thinking… Huh, this was tough for me,
and I am a pro! I was wondering if others were having
issues, and alas, THEY WERE! From then, business has spawned
from current local clients to all the seven seas!
For those new to the internet could you explain what a
directory
submission service is?
A Directory Submission Service, in my opinion, is a company
that will submit your website to directories. Now, the
client must be careful when selecting a company. Many I have
seen say something along the lines of “We submit you to over
800,000 Search Engines and Directories”. This statement
alone lets me know that they are not trustworthy. We can all
fire up ANY free/shareware submitter and boast the same
statement. What I LIKE to see, when checking my competition,
is a listing of directories they will submit to. And, of
course, no one can guarantee inclusion.
What was your motivation for offering directory submission
service?
Well, to be blunt, I was thinking this could make us some
money. I was thinking of my stumbling in the submissions,
and how long and hard I worked to get sites listed. I
learned what to do, and definitely what NOT to do. I figured
it would be a great service.
What problems did you have to overcome to start your
directory
submission service?
Our main problems are the sites that boast hundreds of
thousands of submissions to directories… This confuses the
client to thinking there are this number of “separate”
directories. After explanation that there are far less, (We
submit to as few as 20 directories up to around 200 for some
clients), so you can see why this would be a problem.
How did you overcome these problems?
We overcame the issues by explanation of the services that
the “other guys” provide, and most importantly, we overcame
the problem with RESULTS. We do what we say, and get it
done.
What impact can using a directory submission service have
on
ones online business?
Directory submissions can make the business, LITERALLY.
Submitting to search engines is fine, and SHOULD be done.
Submitting to directories is definitely a necessity.
What kind of gains can one expect to make by using a
directory
submission service?
Once Directory listings take, you can expect to probably
double your traffic. Double traffic could mean double
sales/leads.
What could the downfall be of using a directory submission
service?
Well, un kept promises. Many “other guys” make big promises,
but deliver seldom few or none altogether. Do your research.
How long has the site been in business? Do a “who is” look
up and see when they bought the domain name just to be
certain.
Can you give 3 tips on successfully submitting to
directories such as DMOZ for example?
With Pleasure!
Tip 1.) MOST IMPORTANT
Proper Category Selection is KEY
You MUST submit to the applicable category. This is the most
overlooked, because we think we have a site selling Sports
Blankets, like http://www.blanketmall.com/tim and they
wanted to be listed into the “sports category” After
research, I decided it be best that they be submitted into
the Shopping: Sports: Theme Merchandise category.
If I would have submitted the site into the root of sports,
I can GUARANTEE it would have not been accepted.
Tip 2.) Wait.
Do NOT submit your site to ODP (dmoz.org) again in a month.
Give it 2 months to see results. If after 2 months, you are
not listed, rethink your submission, drill down to a deeper,
more relevant category, and resubmit.
Tip 3.) Do not hound the guides.
I have seen people talking about “direct relationships with
guides for category “****” They say to email the guide and
bug them. We disagree with this. If your site is properly
submitted, you will not have a problem. We have clients that
tried this tactic, and have never been listed. We submitted
them, and got them listed.
Thank you for the opportunity to give my feedback in this.
It has really been a pleasure. Thanks!

Moms are so busy these days, just by being a mom! They forget to
take needed time out just for themselves. Rest and relaxation
are two things that moms desperately need for sure, but often
forget to put into their daily schedules. This is a must, as it
not only rejuvenates a mom, but it helps to calm frazzled nerves.
There’s a saying - if Mom’s not happy, no one’s happy. We know
this is true - if a mom is angry, upset, or tired, the whole
house is in a frenzy. Moms are, for the most part, in charge of
making the house run smoothly. They change diapers, cook meals,
help with homework, or just spend “mommy and me” time with their
children. They’re so much about everyone else. They must make
sure to be all about themselves for at least thirty minutes each
day.
There are a few techniques that any frazzled mom can use to get
herself back on track: Go into a quiet room and read a book or a
magazine. Don’t forget a “do not disturb” sign. This can be hard
to do, but if you have older children to help with the younger
children, this can be achieved.
Take a late evening walk in your neighborhood to help clear your
mind and relax or just sit out on your porch (if you have a
porch swing, this is perfect) and collect your thoughts. If this
doesn’t help to clear your mind, try relaxing in your bathtub
with bubble bath and votive candles. A jacuzzi tub is said to
work much better for this sort of technique.
If you have a favorite hobby that you never seem to have time to
get done, such as scrapbooking, schedule yourself time just for
that activity! Call up a close friend and have a nice adult
conversation without the kids interrupting. If the two of you
haven’t seen one another in a while, take the day and go
shopping for yourselves!
Kids in bed? Watch a favorite sitcom or movie on television.
Enjoy some of your favorite food, and don’t make yourself feel
guilty about calorie content or the fact that you’re not sharing
- this time is for you! One of the best ways to clear your mind
is to write in a journal and get the thoughts that are bothering
you off of your mind.
Once you get started with some of these ideas, and take the time
out every day just for yourself, you’ll begin to realize just
how less stressful each day is. You’ll begin to come up with
some of these ideas and more for yourself. Just because you’re a
mom now doesn’t mean you don’t need “me” time. You need more
than anyone else!
