untilThe Three-Headed Great Jungle Wurm terrorizes the jungle! But we're ready to terrorize it back! The Vigil Crusaders are ready and waiting for the armies of Tyrian heroes to march into the Wurm's domain and slay the giant creature. The Triple Trouble event is a fast-paced, high-intensity event where three teams must coordinate their efforts to slay the three heads of the Wurm at the same time. Due to the large number of split-second decisions, TeamSpeak is required. No experience with the event is required, all tactics & mechanics are explained beforehand.

Hello & welcome to the community! Hmmm, as far as any advice for what to use as your "main", it really depends on your personal preferences I know that Tempest Elementalists have been used in the past for both support and offensive roles, so maybe that would be one you'd be interested in

After some cooking-based discussions, we decided to make a thread where we can share our various bakes & recipes with each other, as well as discuss different food-related ideas. We come from such different cultures & backgrounds and we had a lot of people interested in each other's foods - so feel free to share recipes, pics, etc. here ?

Hi everyone! So last week, as part of Community Week we held a screenshot contest with a 48-hour window for each screenshot, but due to events happening all the time, a lot of our members didn't have the time to go and take the screenshots they needed. So, we decided to extend the time available for participation and reopened all 8 threads! Members will now have one week to enter the contest! Everyone who entered in time will also get a small extra reward. Here's how the contest works: Find the location and recreate not only the screenshot, but also whatever the persons in it are doing! The best / most creative approximation wins! The challenge locations are a mixed bag of Core Tyria, Heart of Thorns and Path of Fire locations The locations are accessible by running, jumping or gliding (no leaps, Griffon mounts or other tricks required) Cheap tonics or bundle items that can be obtained through the trading post or from vendors in the world were used in some of the screenshots Character race / class matching is not a requirement, a 100% match can score you points, but original solutions will also be rewarded! Each of the 8 challenges is named after a an event / theme of the day it was opened on, but the screenshots themselves were not taken on the day, so you can participate even if you didn't attend the events! Here are the links to the challenges and their prizes: Challenge #1 - The Waddle | Prize: Desert Rose Skin Challenge #2 - Belcher's Bluff | Prize: Howl Challenge #3 - Naked Triple Trouble | Prize: Carcharias Challenge #4 - Halloween | Prize: Chaos Gun Challenge #5 - Heart of Thorns | Prize: Timekeeper Sword Skin Challenge #6 - World Bosses | Prize: Holographic Dragon Wing Cover Challenge #7 - Hide & Seek in the Guild Hall | Prize: Plasma Long Bow Skin Challenge #8 - Pink Day in LA | Prize: Devoted Scepter Skin The challenges will remain open for a week - until the end of October 31st! Good luck!

untilFinally we take the fight to Mordremoth! The dragon's minions await us, but with sword in hand and great resolve, we shall be victorious! Dragon's Stand is the fight against Mordremoth's final line of defense, featuring a three-lane push, and final boss encounter. The event is a map-wide meta-event, for which everyone on the map must pitch in in order to ensure maximum success. All of the event mechanics will be explained by the commanders during the event, you do not need prior knowledge of it to join. The event requires a moderate amount of coordination, and is appropriate for all types of players! You don’t need to be in the map prior to the event. The commanders will explain how we get everyone onto the same map, and what to do after that. Requirements: Heart of Thorns Expansions Level 80 character

untilAs part of our World Boss Train, we will be fighting the Shatterer! The new and reborn Shatterer descends upon Blazreridge Steppes, seeking opposition! We are that opposition! Join The Sentinels and The Vigil in their fight against Kralkatorrik's champion! The reworked Shatterer comes with all new fight mechanics (including a defiance bar and gliding platforms) and a bunch of lovely achievements. The fight itself is of moderate difficulty, but with a bit of coordination, we should have no problems with it.

untilMad King thorn returns to Tyria, but if history's any indication, we'll make short work of his lackeys. The Mad King's Labyrinth is an area in the Mad King's Realm that's only accessible during Halloween. It uses the same layout as the Lunatic Inquisition activity and contains multiple Halloween creatures, Haunted Doors, Carving Pumpkins, and Raw Candy Corn veins. This first official run is to determine whether running Labyrinth runs is something our community wants to do.

Good folks, sad to hear they're not as active as they used to be. Either way - welcome to the community, make yourself at home

untilWhat good's a community event when the community doesn't get to decide what we're going to do? Tuesday's all about the community deciding what we're gonna do! So bring your ideas and let's do something fun! We'll keep going until the Halloween patch hits and then see what we'll do with that!
